CAMP: "A cornucopia of frivolity, incongruity, theatricality, and humour." "A deadly, winking, sniggering, snuggling, chromium-plated, scent-impregnated, luminous, quivering, giggling, fruit-flavored, mincing, ice-covered heap of mother love." I would love to read the bob mackie book. I know how to masturbate, and I don't smoke, I don't weave, and I don't host anyone.
The Bob Mackie book looks the most useful, that's for sure... Jx
Interesting collection but I don't think we will be adding any of them to our library.
If I see any of 'em in a charity shop, I may be tempted... Jx
Oh, I loved how Bob Mackie dressed Cher and others back in the day!
As for Solo Sex, I think I'd like to meet the young man who posed for the cover.
Mr Mackie certainly had an eye for OTT glamour - he knew his audience!
As for the cover star, judging by the age of that book I would imagine he's in a sheltered complex in Palm Springs by now.
