RIP Pam Hogg, Blitz club regular, ecccentric, audacious and pioneering fashion designer, a fave of the likes of Debbie Harry, Siouxsie Sioux, Rihanna, Lily Allen, Björk and Kylie Minogue [who wore a catsuit by Pam in her 2 Hearts video], who has left the deafening applause at the end of the catwalk one last time and departed for Fabulon.

Love the last photo and the blue wig is to die for.
Not everyone from the formative style era that was the early 1980s became a household name - she was well-known enough to get starry punters, but not so much that she could progress to having a long-lasting retail business (although she did, at one stage, have premises in Newburgh Street around the corner from The Shaston).
