ReplyDeleteThe dead here didn't arise till after noon. Then it was on to the Mummers.
I was still coming down to earth after all our party guests had left or retired at 4am, when I finally turned in - and didn't rise again until after 2pm. Those fireworks were spectacular this year - although we could have done without all Mayor Sadiq Khan's virtue-signalling, and the blatant advert for Wicked! Jx
DeleteIt was Awesome,
ReplyDeleteI don't know why they make it such a rivalry between cities. Why can't they just enjoy all of them.
Happy New Year and wishing heath wealth and happiness to all.
It's not rivalry. London's just happen to have always been the best! 🤣 Jx
